The Prophet is the man in charge option gives clues to humans
Prophets and Messengers are chosen people who are tasked with giving guidance to people about the oneness of Allah SWT and building them to implement His teachings. Their characteristics are presented in the Qur'an.
"... are those who convey the messages of God. They fear Him and they do not fear anyone but God. And God is sufficient as a reckoner." (QS Al-Ahzab: 39).
The difference between a Prophet and a Messenger is: a Prophet receives revelation from Allah SWT for himself, while a Messenger receives revelation from Allah SWT to convey to all his people. Prophets and Messengers have 4 mandatory and 4 impossible attributes, as well as one permissible attribute, namely:
1. Shiddiq (true), it is impossible to be Kizib (lie).
2. Trust (trustworthy), impossible Betrayal (cheating).
3. Tabliqh (Conveying the revelation to his people), Mustahil Kitman (hiding the Revelation).
4. Fathonah (Smart/intelligent), Impossible Ignorance (Stupid).
5. Possessing the character of Jaiz, namely Aradhul Basyariyah (characteristics like humans).
In this world, many Prophets and Messengers have been sent down, but what Muslims must know are as many as 25 Prophets and Messengers, namely:
